This Refund & Return Policy applies to ErvinLab Kitchens, operated by ErvinLab LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). It outlines the conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations for purchases made on https://ervinlabkitchens.com.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers in the United States and Canada may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included
Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Personalized or custom-made products
Perishable goods
Intimate or sanitary goods (if opened or used)
Gift cards and digital/downloadable products
Items marked as Final Sale

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Email support@ervinlabkitchens.com within 30 days of delivery
Provide your order number and reason for return

If approved, you will receive return instructions.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Return shipping is covered by us only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days
Refunds are sent to the original payment method
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to our error

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide photos of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Missing or Lost Orders

If your order does not arrive:

Contact us after the estimated delivery time
We will investigate with the shipping carrier

If the package is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled

9. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are:

Defective
Damaged
Incorrect

10. Refund Processing Time

Refund processing: up to 14 business days after approval
Bank processing may take additional time depending on your provider
